This is the best closed guard martial on the market. From the basics to the stuff I haven’t seen any where. The “Barbosa guard” is now my game! A must for a offensive minded guard player.

Also had a seminar with Abmar several years ago and I found it to be awesome! Would be epic to get instruction from him every day.

I went to one of Ambar’s seminars this weekend. All I can say is… Man his Jiu Jitsu is slick. I can’t wait for this to be delivered!
