Conventional doctors, who have, as I’ve shown you, have four basic treatment options at their disposal: 1. antidepressants, 2. A recommendation to do basic aerobic exercise — 30 minutes of walking and stretching each day, 3. CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and 4. stimulants as needed.And they have blood tests which having 95% probability according to actual studies of not finding anything useful to help you do anything to fix your fatigue.
We have the alternative and holistic and functional medicine doctors, the vast majority of whom are still operating in an outdated model of thinking, believing that fatigue comes from worn out adrenal glands and cortisol issues (“adrenal fatigue”), which as you now know (from Masterclass #1) is simply not supported by the scientific evidence.

The REAL Causes Of Fatigue
What did I find after all these years of obsessively building out the new science of how to overcome fatigue and increase your energy levels?
So we already talked about what’s out there.
We talked about why energy drinks and more caffeine or obviously not the solution. We talked about how conventional medicine usually doesn’t have much to offer those with fatigue. And why even the holistic and functional medicine practitioners are almost all stagnant, focused on the outdated and unscientific adrenal fatigue paradigm.
What are the real causes of fatigue? What are the real SOLUTIONS to building a High Energy Body? What if I found after all these years of building out the new science of energy enhancement? Now I’m listing these things off individually very briefly, but you know, each one of these different things could potentially be hours of discussion. Obviously, Circadian Rhythm is a huge topic. Sleep is a huge topic. Light exposure is a huge topic. Toxin exposure is a huge topic. Chronic stress is a huge topic and how that affects our brain and our nervous system. It’s about your mitochondria.
The primary cause of fatigue is the shutdown of your mitochondria, your cellular energy generators. That is why most scientists in this field of fatigue research have now largely shifted their attention towards the mitochondria.

Mitochondria are not just energy generators.
They have another vital role that’s been basically a giant secret until very recently, until just the last few years.
Mitochondria are also involved in cellular defense.
