Earlier this year, my team and I hosted a Progressive Retreat in Barcelona, Spain, for more than 3,000 people. The 2-1/2-day Progressive is what we consider the foundation of this work; it’s the entrance point for many who are looking for a place to begin – and a prerequisite for attending our most popular event: the Week Long Advanced Retreat.

I don’t present many live Progressive Retreats in the course of our busy event schedule throughout the year, so my Progressive Online Course has long been where people turn to experience the same content. It serves as another way to gain access to our Week Long Advanced Retreats – and to these foundational teachings and meditations.

When I walked offstage in Barcelona, though, my entire staff told me something special had happened that weekend. They, along with many people who had attended as advanced students, said it was as if we had been through a week-long retreat … in just two-and-a-half days.

We knew then we had to share this special event with the world. And so, we decided to present it as an updated, evolved version of the Progressive Online Course – the first “upgrade” to this offering in seven years.

The Updated, Evolved Progressive Online Course

So many things have changed since we filmed the previous version of the Progressive Online Course back in 2017. I’ve changed; the research around this work has changed; and times have changed.

I’ve always said to our lead scientists, “If the research evolves my understanding of the truth, I’m always going to evolve my teachings.” And it all came together beautifully that weekend in Barcelona. The participants were ready for a dramatic evolution of the teachings and meditations – right at the time I was ready to present it to them.

Here are just some highlights of what’s different about the updated course:

• The content is more contemporary, more concise, and more digestible – and features our latest research at the time.
• It’s 12 hours of programming – down from more than 20 in the 2017 version – with eight hours of teachings and four hours of meditations.
• The six meditations – “The Generous Present Moment;” “Tuning In To New Potentials;” “Tuning In With Your Heart;” “Reconditioning the Body to a New Mind;” “Changing Beliefs and Perceptions;” “Blessing of the Energy Centers I” – have all been updated, as well.

One of the most important things about this new Progressive Online Course is that it really brings the experience of attending a live retreat with us to you – in your own home. This makes it the ideal preparation for attending a Week Long Advanced Retreat – or for whatever the next step is on your path of transformation.

The energy of the audience that weekend was electric. They were inspired, enthusiastic, responsive, and ready to evolve. And they, in turn, inspired me to give them my very best.
