Meet Our Founder

My name is Eno Eka, I am a Business Analyst and Change Manager based in Calgary, Alberta.

I am the CEO of Eny Consulting Inc, an IT Business Consulting Company where we help businesses leverage technology to improve business processes & increase revenue, recruit and train employees in the latest technology systems and certification.

I am the Founder of Business Analysis School where we help professionals leverage their experience to transition into tech and increase their income using Business Analysis skills.
‍
I am an award-winning career coach and speaker who has been recognized for helping more than 20,000 professionals around the world kick start their professional careers.
‍
I am a business analysis content developer and course instructor at the University of Manitoba.
‍
Since arriving in Canada in 2018, I have been passionate about impacting the lives of thousands of immigrants to Canada and helping them get decent professional jobs that increase their incomes significantly.
‍
I have curated mentorship and coaching programs for immigrants to Canada which have sought recognition & awards globally.
‍
I have received over 50 online media features because of the work that I do such as Channels TV, CTV, ABC, FOX, Miami News Network & New York Finance.I volunteer with several non-profit organizations to help immigrants to Canada integrate successfully and become gainfully employed.

I volunteer as a mentor with the Calgary Region Immigrant Employment Council (CRIEC) and sit on the Board of the IIBA Calgary Chapter as Director of Education.

I also volunteer at the Calgary Drop-in Center and Calgary Dream Center.

I am a Giving Back Sponsor for the Women in Need Society (WINS).

I am the host of the Livestream Podcast, Fireside Chat With Eno where I share valuable insights on job search tips and strategies for new immigrants.

You will get 4 weeks of intensive online live classes on Zoom daily and 8 weeks of online studying through the course portal to take your exams and prepare for your next job.

You will get access to an online course filled with training videos, quizzes and assessments, a private community of like-minded professionals to connect and collaborate and live coaching sessions to learn skills and get real-time answers to your questions through our daily classes, private group and our web/mobile app.

Our live class times are:

Monday to Friday- 6pm MST

Saturday- 10am & 2pm MST

Sunday- 12pm & 4pm MST
