This session helps your client strengthen the connection between their values and actions, providing a compelling motivating force to keep going in challenging times.

Effective Coping
This session explores coping methods when dealing with stressors, and their helpfulness vs. unhelpfulness. It introduces the concept of controllability, as well as a framework to help others assess their coping styles.
SESSION #6
The Resilience Plan
In the final session, you will guide your client to create their own highly individualized resilience plan that includes the tools and resilience strategies they have fostered throughout the program.

Psychologist and researcher Hugo Alberts (Ph.D.) has been exploring the scientific side of positive psychology for the past 12 years, with 20+ academic publications on this topic. As a practitioner, positive psychology is at the heart of his work with a diverse range of clients.
His aim is to give people both the psychological perspective and the hands-on tools that have proven to increase mental well-being through the practice of positive psychology.
