COURSE OVERVIEW

This Masterclass will introduce you to the various forms of soft tissue techniques, including: Myofascial Release, Soft Tissue Release, Muscle Energy Techniques, Positional Release, and Trigger Point Therapy.

Then I take you on a β€˜soft tissue journey’ through theoretical and practical demonstrations using functional testing procedures for the postural muscles that typically become chronically tight and dysfunctional.

You will also learn how to apply specific techniques to correct these dysfunctional muscles and restore normality whilst reducing pain in your clients.

Is it for You?

The advanced nature of the course content requires you have a high standard of both theoretical and practical knowledge. The minimum level of your ability, therefore, is Level 3 Sport / Holistic Massage Therapist with ITEC, VTCT, IIST, Premier or similar diploma qualification.

This course is perfect if you are anΒ Osteopath,Β ChiropractorΒ or aΒ PhysiotherapistΒ as the techniques you are taught on the course will compliment your treatments in your clinic. Students studying any aspect of physical therapy are also welcome.

Pre Course Learning is essential and we would suggest a good knowledge and/or revision of the joints / muscles mentioned.
