The Test
After I made the decision to βgive the program a whirl,β I was hooked. I couldnβt overlook the reality that within 10 minutes of my first workout, I was panting hard and soaked in sweat. I failed the test. I could not do 25 Hindu Pushups, followed by 100 Hindu squats, followed by holding a back bridge for three straight minutes.
