Mike Robertson – Complete Core Fitness
Finally! A Step-by-Step Core Training System that Guarantees YOU Better Results with Your Clients and Athletes – TODAY!
Every client and athlete you train wants to build a strong, healthy and resilient core.
Whether they tell you this or not is irrelevant: The fact of the matter is, core training is always on their mind.
And when it comes to core training, we tend to fall back on doing what we’ve always done. And to be honest, I get it.
It’s is the path of least resistance.
It’s the easy way out.
It may not be the best way to do things, but it’s quick and easy, so why not keeping doing things the same ‘ole way?
However, if you want to take things to the next level, you need to step outside your comfort zone and change the way you think about core training.
Core training is more than throwing in some crunches or sit-ups at the end of a training session.
Core training shouldn’t involve wasting our time with ineffective coaching cues like “drawing our abs in” or “arching our back.”
And a well-rounded core training program isn’t throwing together a random mix of exercises, with the goal of helping our clients and athletes develop a strong and stable core.
As coaches and trainers, our goal should be to have a system with regards to core training.
And if you want a system that you can start using right now, today, with your clients and athletes, then letβs talkβ¦
The Core Training System the Pros Use…
My name is Mike Robertson, and I have a dirty little secret for you:
Every coach makes mistakes, and Iβm no different.
When I started coaching over 16 years ago, I quickly realized two things:
1 β My athletes loved training their core, and
2 β That core training (if done correctly) could improve their performance.
mr-coachingAnd while my athletes loved the fact that I included a ton of core training exercises in their program, I was doing things totally wrong.
I chose the wrong exercises.
I programmed them in a totally random fashion.
And the worst part was, I wasnβt even coaching the exercises correctly!
So if weβre being honest and transparent here, I feel like Iβve made damn near every mistake in the book.

But if you know anything about me, you know Iβm about as stubborn as they come, and Iβm never willing to leave βgood enoughβ alone.
I wanted to have better answers.
I wanted to get consistently great results with every client and athlete I trained.
And I wasnβt going to stop until I had a system in place that could help me get better results!
Over the years, Iβve studied everything I could get my hands on to better understand the core. And now, I’m entrusted by some of the most elite athletes in the world (including pros from the NBA, NFL and MLS) to help get them in the best shape of their lives.
If core training interests you, let me ask you this:
Would you like to have a deeper understanding of the anatomy and biomechanics of the core?
Do you want a step-by-step process to help you write better core training programs?
Could you benefit from learning the exact coaching cues I use with my clients and athletes?
If you answered, βYesβ to any (or all!) of the above questions, then I want to tell you aboutβ¦.
COMPLETE Core Training
CompleteCore300My goal as a coach is to create systems that I can use, time and again, to help me get consistent and quality results with my clients and athletes.
Complete Core Training gives YOU my step-by-step process for writing programs, and coaching the exercises, that will help your clients and athletes build the strong, healthy and resilient core they really want.
Hereβs an overview of what youβll learn when you review the materials:
The TRUE role of the core (HINT: itβs not about producing force!)
Breathing β we all do it, but are we doing it CORRECTLY? And are “belly breathing” exercises doing more harm than good?
Why standard ab circuits are not enough to build a strong, resilient core (and what you should be doing instead!)
Why posture and position are the cornerstones of core training (and why failure to fix this will negatively impact EVERYTHING else)
An overview of core training anatomy, and how it impacts both your program design and coaching
Hip flexor stretching β is it helping, or hurting, your clients and athletes?
How to design a COMPLETE core training programs that gets great results
But that’s just a quick overview; here’s a complete breakdown of what you’ll learn in each part of the product.
TheΒ Complete Core Training Videos
Module 1 – Functional Anatomy, Core Training Philosophy, and Breathing
Module 1 will give you a deeper understanding of the core, and the roles that it has in the human body.
Weβll start with insight into anatomy and biomechanics. While this may not sound sexy, this is the foundation for a better core training program. Once you understand the muscles of the core and how they influence both posture and position, youβll immediately be ahead of the curve.
From there, weβll focus on the true role of the core, and the techniques and strategies required to train it effectively.
Weβll finish up with an overview of breathing and proper breathing mechanics. Breathing is a huge buzzword in our industry these days, with tons of trainers and coaches talking about it.
But quite frankly, many are misguided in how theyβre applying this. Itβs not as simple as taking in big belly breaths to get the diaphragm working.
Instead, the goal is to understand how proper breathing alters posture and position, airflow and performance.
Module 2 – Hands-On Coaching Session
Module 2 focuses on proper coaching of core training exercises. If you understand the anatomy, youβre well on your way to being more successful.
However, learning how to effectively coach core training exercises is critical if you want to get maximal results.
In this section weβll cover everything from ground-based core training exercises, up through more advanced postures and positions like tall- and half-kneeling.
This module alone could be worth the price of admission. If you coach core training exercises on a daily basis, I’ll give you the cues and observation skills necessary to make an immediate impact on your clients and athletes.
Module 3 – Program Design
You could be the best coach in the world, but if youβre coaching the wrong exercises, youβre not going to get optimal results.
Module 3 will give you unique insight into how I address the core, and program βcore trainingβ into virtually every aspect of the program.
Core training isnβt something you throw in at the end of a session. If you want to help your client and athletes build a strong, stable and resilient core, you need to address it throughout the entire training session.
This module will show you how, and show you step-by-step how to include core training into everything from the warm-ups to the cool down.
TheΒ Complete Core Training Manual
While there’s a ton of great content in the videos, I wanted to take this product to the next level. Along with the vidoes you’ll also receive a 173-page spiral bound manual that is broken down into three sections:
Section 1 β Core Training Transcript
Section #1 of the manual is a re-written and revised transcript from the videos mentioned above.
I donβt know about you, but if I can see something live and then read it as well, the material really starts to sink in.
And while I started with a basic transcript, it didnβt long for me to realize it could be cleaner and more concise.
To remedy this, Iβve gone back and literally re-written this entire section of the manual, to make sure that every point is crystal clear and easy to understand.
Section 2 β Exercise Coaching, Progressions and Regressions
Section #2 will cover all of the major core training exercises I use with my clients and athletes. Youβll get a step-by-step breakdown of how to set-up, how to execute the exercise, and the exact coaching cues I use. This section alone is worth the price of admission!
Section 3 β Program Design
Last but not least, the final section of the manual will describe the nitty gritty details of program design. In the videos I cover my thoughts on exercise selection, and an overview of how to write a core training program.
Here Iβll give you specific recommendations for theΒ set/rep schemes, rest periods and time under tension protocols youβll want to use to make sure youβre getting the training effect you want.
But Wait – There’s More!
My goal is to create exceptional value with my products and services.
The videos and manual by themselves should do that, but in an effort to truly over deliver, here are some additional bonus items Iβm going to throw in to make sure you love the product!
Bonus Item #1 – The Complete Core Training Q&A Call
One month after our product launch wraps up, Iβm going to do a Q&A call for people who purchased the product.
Here, youβll get a chance to ask your most pressing core training questions, and the ones I see most often will get answered.
Quite simply, this will be just another way to dig in and really learn the materials.
Bonus Item #2 – The Breathing In-Service Video
Breathing is a huge component of proper core training, but unfortunately, many of us are doing things incorrectly.
In this hour-long video, youβll get an awesome overview of proper breathing mechanics, as well as what I call βpositional breathing exercisesβ you can start using today with your clients and athletes.
Bonus Item #3 – The Complete Core Training Progression and Regression Chart
Between the DVDβs and manual, I cover a ton of different core training exercises. The goal is to make sure that you always have an exercise thatβs hard enough (or easy enough) for your clients and athletes.
This PDF will organize all of the various exercises, progressions and regressions into one quick and easy reference chart. This will not only speed up your program design process, but allow you to quickly progress and regress exercises during a session!
Bonus Item #4 – The Complete Core Training Exercise Checklists
When youβre coaching clients and athletes, itβs awkward to carry around a huge coaching manual, or to be watching videos on the Internet to make sure theyβre doing things right.
These easy to use exercise checklists will cover all the basic postures and positions (prone, supine, quadruped, tall-kneeling, and half-kneeling) so that you can print them off and carry them with you.
These checklists will help ensure that your clients and athletes are in the proper positions on each and every exercise, so they maximize their performance.
Bonus Item #5 – The Complete Core Training Lecture Slides
As you go through the videos, all of the slides are already directly inserted into the videos to help you get the most out of your learning experience.
However, youβll also be able to download the lecture slides as well, so you can follow along with the materials both on the videos and with notes in hand.
This Sounds Awesome – But How Much Does It Cost?
If you know anything about me, you know I donβt think of things in terms of βcost.β
Instead, I always think about the value they present.
And while I know Complete Core Training is a great value, I also wanted to make it affordable to any coach or trainer who is interested in my system.
If you attend a weekend continuing education course, youβre going to pay anywhere from $199 to $299 dollars just for the seminar itself.
And that’s before you factor in travel, lodging, wages lost, and all the other fees associated with it.
But perhaps more importantly, very few courses are taught in a systematic fashion. With individual speakers and presenters, the goal is simply to provide information β not to cover any one topic from beginning to end.
“Is Complete Core Training a Good Fit For ME?”
If youβve read this far, chances are you are at least a little bit interested in my core training system.
But at that same time, something is holding you back. Maybe one of these thoughts is going through your head right nowβ¦
βIβve already seen a ton of stuff on core training β how is this different?β
There is a ton of information out there on core training.
After all, a simple Google search for the term βCore Trainingβ comes back with 869 MILLION pages of content!
But thereβs a huge difference between random, unorganized content, and a systematized, done-for-you program.
Complete Core Training is not random.
Itβs a system that you can use with every single one of the clients and athletes that comes in your door.
βCanβt I find all of this information elsewhere?β
Iβm sure if you trained enough clients and athletes, and spent hundreds (if not thousands) of hours on the Internet, reading books, or attending seminars, you could find all this information somewhere else.
But why would you go to the trouble, and use all that extra time and energy taking a roundabout approach like this?
Iβve literally done all the legwork for you. Iβve made the mistakesβ¦.
β¦trained the clients and athletesβ¦.
β¦and done the continuing education for you, so that you too can have a streamlined approach to core training.
The choice is yours β if youβre a true do-it-yourselfer, you can absolutely take the long way and figure all of this out for yourself.
Or, you can take the direct route and start implementing a proven core training system, today.
βThis product costs too much!β
Iβm going to be a bit on the harsh here:
If you think $147 is too much to spend on your continuing education, then this is NOT the product for you.
If you think that $147 is too much to spend when Iβm giving you a systematized, step-by-step approach to core training that you can utilize for years to come, then I will tell you right now:
Do NOT buy this product.
However, if you realize that $147 is an absolute steal when you factor in all of the time, money and frustration youβll save yourself by picking up a copy, then please donβt wait any longer.
