I’ll teach you the way that surgeons are trained. You’ll watch me coach a fascinating woman and an amazing man over 6 weeks.
Do:
You’ll model and practice the skills you’ve learned, between our sessions. This is not a ‘passive’ program. You will need to actively apply these skills with your own clients.
Teach:
Finally you’ll teach these skills to a colleague because the very best way to learn something is to teach it.
These 6 sessions were recorded live over a two month period. You will receive immediate access to call recordings. Another LIVE program is coming in the fall of 2021.
You begin by taking the Deep Coaching assessment.
I’ll be coaching two fascinating people. And I’ll be modeling how to coach top performers. Each week, I’ll teach you the way that surgeons are trained. I coach both clients and then we have participant Q&A. There are some great insights during the Q&A pieces.
