With LET’S GET UP!
you’ll work out 6 days a week, 30 to 35 minutes a day, for 30 days. Each week Shaun Guides you through 4 dances-Conditioning workouts and 2 dumbbell resistance exercises. The dance workouts include simple moves and bodyweight exercises that will get your heart pumping and muscles working. Shaun A moment of INSANITY will increase your intensity and fitness.-Style intervals. The resistance workouts will keep you smiling as you work out with dumbbells to build muscle endurance and strength. Each workout has a modifier who shows you easier versions of the moves. This means that even if your fitness or dance experience is minimal, you can still do this program. To keep LET’S GET UP! exciting, Shaun It is designed so you can choose your path: Take the 30-Day calendar available or choose any workout in any order.
