In October, I’m going to work with a pilot group of early stage coaches to help them hit $10k a month consistently.
The goal is to create some great case studies we can brag about when we officially launch CLIENTS 3.0 in January.
12 months ago, I pulled CLIENTS 2.0 off the market because changes to the algorithm, ad strategies, and increased competition meant that what worked one or two years ago wasn’t working anymore.
So we’ve spent the last 6 months in the lab with our clients building something that’s ready for 2026 and beyond.
I’m opening early access for a select group to become the first case studies of the new system.
To help you build momentum quickly, we’re kicking it off with 3 live workshops.

First we’ll design your program so it’s easy to understand, easy to buy, and easy for you to deliver.
Then we take your program to the offer lab, and make it irresistible for people to buy for $2-5k.
At a $3k price point, you only need 3 or 4 sales a month to add $10k.
Once you’ve got an offer, the next step is to get it in front of people. But for early stage coaches it’s trickier than ever to get cut through.
Strategies that used to work even two years ago don’t work anymore.
Organic content has gotten harder and more competitive, and ads are more expensive.
The good news is that in 2025, you don’t need a huge audience. Every social platform has completely flipped their algorithm, and now beginners with zero audience can actually go ‘niche viral’ and get tons of leads.
We’ve cracked the code on creating banger content that gives your prospects, the algorithm, and your business exactly what they need.
So we’ll use the Social Playbook from Black Belt you can get leads every day, and sign clients every week — even if the only follower you have right now is your mum.
Most coach sales processes are clunky and inconsistent, but selling your services doesn’t have to be awkward.
In this workshop, I’m not going to teach you to become a hardcore closer. Instead, we’re going to make your service easy to buy.
The first sales asset we’ll create is your Offer Doc — a simple google doc that sells your program for you (without the need for sales calls). We layer in the 5 needle-moving ingredients to make your offer sell itself.
If you’ve been selling your coaching for a while, this will save you hours on calls with prospects, and do the selling for you.
[Note: If you’re launching a new offer, or testing a new niche, I’d sign my first 5 clients on calls, instead of the doc. Your conversion rate will be higher, and you’ll learn what your perfect prospects really want. Then I’d take what I learned on calls, and pour what you’ve learned into the Offer Doc for all the sales after that.]
We give you both systems — Our Offer Doc system has sold millions of dollars of coaching programs, in every niche you can think of — and our Triage and Strategy Session system that takes all of the pressure out of a sales call and makes it a natural, effortless conversation that leads them to say yes.
By the end of the 3 workshops, you’ll have a compelling offer, and a system to get high-quality leads from your social content, and saying yes to your offer.
This is how we get you to $10K/month. with the minimum amount of fuss, funnels, and complexity.
The goal is to add $10k as fast as we can, so we’re going to build out the whole system in 3 workshops across 3 days.
I’ll teach you a tactic for 10 minutes, and then we’ll work on it for 15 minutes with the custom GPTs we’ve built to help you get version 1 done as quickly as possible so we can workshop it live.
That way, you aren’t just learning the information. We’re building as we go.
You’ll have the whole system ready to deploy, getting you leads and signing you clients.
Then we’ll meet in a week to check in on your progress and fine-tune your implementation so you can get results even faster.
Starting January, we’ll get together as a group on zoom each week to tweak and refine YOUR offers, social posts, marketing and lead generation.
We’ll support you for a full 6 months to see how high we can grow you from there.
I really want to create some amazing case studies we can brag about when we officially launch the program in January — so I’m looking for people who can implement, test and report back on the results.
The system is simple, but like all things, it’s going to take a little bit of work so I’d like you’ll need to have some time to dedicate to this over the next couple of months.
