Who am I to talk about this stuff?

The kind of growth you really want is paradoxical.Β

Why entrepreneurs loseβ¦
Somewhere in the human psyche is aΒ roadblockΒ that does not moveΒ easily. This roadblock makes great men feel trapped by small limitations. It makes brilliant women feel insecure and unworthy and corrodes the flow of creativity needed to make and manage movements.
This roadblock cannot be removed by setting bigger goals or better goals. In fact, goals have very little to do with the equation. Popular success psychology has done a massive disservice to the population by trying to force everyone to set βbigger goals.βΒ But the devil can kill you with growth just as easily as he tries to kill with poverty.Β
It isnβt the βsizeβ of your goal that moves the needle. There is a glitch in human psychology that was programmed generations ago, and until we get to the root of it, hard work is just a waste of your time that will leave you exhausted with nothing to show for it.
What is the Quantum Growth Track?
In the Fall of 2022, my life came crashing down around me.Β
I had built an empire that I was very proud of, but the fuel source was all wrong. Many entrepreneurs make this mistake: instead of restructuring their βlimitations,β they simply power through them. The problem with limitations is that they do not go away just because you ignore them. Unless you restructure or reprogram them, they will bide their time and show up again and again.
For most of my career, I had been driven by the fear of loss, anxiety and comparison. Most entrepreneurs I meet and work with today have a long list of achievements that were almost exclusively driven by their trauma. I can relate; as someone who grew up without many resources, I was typically the odd man out in social settings. My personality didnβt fit in with the crowd and I learned as a kid that to avoid embarrassment I had to act a certain way. An easy way to convince myself that I could fit in was to get rich; and get rich I didβ¦

When my life started to lose its momentum, I experienced what trauma psychologists call βage regression.β If you are 12 years old and experience trauma, that βprogramβ or limitation will stay with you until you deal with it. If a few years go by, and you experience a triggering event as a 35 year old, you will experience this age regression: your mind and body revert back to the age when the program was installed, and you become limited by the 12 year old version of yourself.
This was a grueling period of my life.Β
It forced me to begin studying the realm of the mind as desperately as I had studied the realm of money and business. As a seasoned business consultant, I have experienced jaw-dropping success with many thousands of clients. My track record was impeccable, but my brain began to betray me as soon as I felt trapped in this juvenile version of myself. A period of 2 months turned into 12 months which turned into two years, and the more I studied, the more I realized how inadequate our entrepreneurial training has become.

Here are some examples of what I found:

You will never outrun the leash of conflicting values (in short, stop trying to accomplish bigger goals and start creating better values β I will go deeper on this)

How we look at something creates its implications (our body will respond to the level of importance our brains put on the thing; it has nothing to do with whether something is good or bad and everything to do with how important we tell ourselves it is)

Beliefs override emotions AND decisions (discipline will not save you, but it can deplete your bodyβs hormones and pollute your meridian pathways if you are overflying on discipline and donβt learn how to tap into aligned flow)


This is not a βmagic wand,β but itβs as close as you can get, scientifically speaking. Since then, Iβve taught this material multiple times and have added several layers to the programming. Last year, the leadership team and I discussed taking all of this material and compressing it into a bite-sized, βlinearβ format to boost our client revenues for the next year.
I took my entire methodology and re-organized ~15% of it into a 4-week seminar that paired training, exercises & homework (I know homework is a dirty word but unless youβre willing to do something, the information is a waste).
