I knew it was time to take control over my own life, create my own business, and take charge of the things that mattered most to me, my freedom, happiness, and financial success.

I formed my LLC, created my agency, and set a goal of making at least twice my income from client retainers as I was making in my 9-5 salary before I would leave my job.

Every day after work (and sometimes during work while the boss wasn’t looking) I was working on getting the word out about my agency. I was cold emailing, LinkedIn messaging, sending custom videos, basically hustling my ass off offering my agency services left and right.

I was determined to get out of the 9-5 trap I fell into so easily after college.

It was a lot of effort but I was happy working towards my dream so it kept me motivated. I took on my first 3 clients doing social media management and paid ads work. I achieved my goal of earning twice as much in client retainers as I was earning in my full-time job in just about 3 months. It was probably the proudest moment of my life.

The night before I quit I decided to offer my full-time company to become one of my clients instead of having me work for them full time. How much will I charge my clients and how much will I make?
DFY Agency member’s average 3-month packages are 11K. Most of them increase their pricing to this when they start the program. They charge 5K for Facebook ads or Google Ads setup and 3K/month retainers for Facebook ads or Google ads. If you want to offer both to your client, your setup fees will average 8K and retainers of 4K.

What if this doesn’t work?

What role do I play?
As the agency owner, you will have the most critical role in growing your business. This program will give you your foundations (a lead generating system, a contracting team, and a sales closer) and we will teach you how to manage them and continue scaling.

How much do the contractors cost?
For Elite members- we have a rockstar team that charges $1,500/month per client for white-glove services. (Keep in mind that your average package prices should be 5K setups and 3K retainers)

White-Glove= They do your marketing services, they will hop on sales calls with as you agency ads manager, and they will use a @youragency.com email to communicate directly with your clients.

For Coached- The contractors on the pre-vetted list all have their own individual pricing for their services. They all are priced well and produce stellar work.

For Starter- use the contractor funnel to bring in contractors for interviews and negotiate to price with them, There’s training in the program on how to use the funnel with zero ad spend, and how much you should be charging your clients and how much to pay your contractors.

In the Elite program, What commission rate will my closer cost?
The closer will take 25% of setup fees and 15% of retainers they negotiate for you.

For example, If they get you a 11K 3/month agreement that breaks down to 5K setup fee and 3K retainer for months 2 and 3. Their fee is 25% of 5K setup fee and 15% of 3K each month when the client pays.

In the Elite program, How many closers will work on my account?
Included in the Elite package is access to 1 closer for your agency. If you would like to hire any additional closers you can do so through our sales recruitment partner.

When my closer sells a plan does the client pay monthly or all upfront?
Typically clients for an agency pay monthly.

Who does account management?
In the Elite Level, we provide you with an account manager for all accounts fulfilled through the elite contracting team.

In Starter and Coached levels, you manage your own accounts until you hire an account manager, this is your primary role in your agency as well as bringing in additional leads. We show you how to do this.
