Vitaly Filbert – Daoist Cultivation (ebook series)

Vitaly Filbert began studying Daoist arts with Grandmaster Lu Shiyang in 1998. He spent a lot of time in China studying Daoist teaching, making pilgrimages to China and Nepal, living in mountain monasteries, and comprehending spiritual arts.

Vitaly learned such arts as Qigong, Neigong, Taichi (Yang style), Xing Yi, Dao Yin, and Daoist Inner Alchemy (Neidan).

He founded the first Daoist Centre in Ukraine in 2011, intending to expand knowledge of Daoist tradition and let the millennial art of “nurturing life” improve the physical and psychological health of people seeking balance and harmony. Since 2013, Vitaly began to spread the teaching of the Daoist school of Zhen Dao in London. A few years later, he moved to Los Angeles and continues to share his knowledge with people.

He is writing a series of books on Daoist Cultivation, shedding light on various aspects of Daoist philosophy and methods of Self-development.
