I had trained in person with the company twice before. Ines SimpsonSo, I’ve had a look from both sides.

I have come to the conclusion that the online training was as effective, if not more so than the ones I’d attended with Ines It felt just as personal and friendly, but clearer and more concise. It was as friendly and personal but more concise and clear.

The training was conducted over Zoom – a secure platform – and meant that we had full vision of others and of demos. A wonderful bonus of using Zoom was that it meant that we were free to record anything and therefore able to go back and review the sessions – something we were unable to do in a live training.

Because the camera was positioned entirely on the demonstrators, the demonstrations were captured in full. Ines Our attention seemed to be more focused on the trainee and everything that we needed to pay attention to was clearly visible. I felt that training was more focused and there was less room for misunderstanding.

‘Training Rooms’ were used for each of the groups, where we could practice with our peers which was wonderful – free from the distractions of a normal group dynamic. It allowed us to concentrate on our work and give it our full attention. ‘client’.

We also developed a closer relationship as a team, because we had more intimate sessions with the other participants. We were able to establish trust and confidence from the start because we were in our own homes.

I liked that I was able to train with other people from all over the globe, in my space with my own resources. I also enjoyed wearing my uggs!
