Who am I to tell you this?
Hi. I’m Malcolm.
Like many, I had another career before real estate. I used to be in the military and even worked at the White House for several years.
I made the switch to real estate so I would have more time with my son. Like you, I was attracted to the idea of setting my own schedule and being my own boss.
The first year I struggled. I did all the things they tell you to and it didn’t work.
I hated cold calling and knocking on doors. I was starting to think that maybe real estate wasn’t the best choice.
I decided to try making videos. I already had a YouTube channel on the outdoors but I wasn’t sure what strategy to use for real estate. So I followed the advice I found and it flopped.
Then I followed my own instinct and made a different type of video. This one quickly got 800,000 views. And, more importantly, it brought me leads!
I knew I was onto something. From there I experimented, studied, joined masterminds and spent thousands learning from YouTube specialists.
Soon all my leads were coming from YouTube. I now make over 200k a year in commission from YouTube leads. And I turn leads away so I can still spend that quality time with my family and enjoy my spare time.
Now I want to help others escape cold calls and door knocking and start attracting hot YouTube leads.
With all the time I got back in my life from not doing “traditional” lead generation, I was even able to earn a Silver Play Button from YouTube for growing one of my other YouTube channels to over 150,000+ subscribers all organically.
