Zuzana Light is originally from the Czech Republic, who over time has developed into a well-known fitness trainer, model, successful entrepreneur and writer.

He currently lives in California. She became famous mainly thanks to exercise videos on YouTube and programs on DVD. Worldwide, her videos have more than half a billion views.

Her workouts are short, intense, and I dare say challenging.

What is needed:

Program information:

The program is designed for three months, so it consists of three DVDs, on which you will find 12 workouts, a warm-up and stretching video, plus one bonus video. There is a calendar for each month, which will determine which day to turn on which video. The program is complemented by tutorial videos, in which you will slowly learn to correctly perform the exercises that you will encounter in the individual videos with Zuzka’s assistance. That sounds pretty simple, doesn’t it?

Information about workouts:

The videos are approximately 12-15 minutes long. Now surely someone cheered, and someone, on the contrary, doubted. Is not it too little? No it is not. The videos are composed in the form of HIIT – high intensity interval training, which in translation means that you really exercise to the maximum. No heart rate monitoring and slacking, just trying to get the most out of yourself, so in this case even 15 minutes might be too much for you. The main advantage of HIIT is that you burn not only during the exercise, but also for several hours after it. Of course, this is great, and it pays to not cheat on the exercises.

In the program you will find several types of workouts:

AMRAP (as many reps as possible)

The goal of this training is to master as many repetitions of exercises as possible in a predetermined time interval. You simply grind as hard as you can, when the time runs out, you’re done. It doesn’t matter if you stop in the middle of an exercise or a set, you just run out of time, you can rest.

Time Challenge

In this workout, try to practice all the exercises at the fastest pace you are capable of, so that you don’t cheat and perform them correctly.

Tabata

Many of you have probably already met tabata, it’s actually a classic HIIT training. There is a set time in which you really go to the maximum and then there is a short break. And so we continue until we fall or the video ends.
